One of my rock and roll heroes - Keith Emerson of Emerson, Lake & Palmer - just canceled his summer tour due to medical reasons. The cancellation came complete with a doctor's note.
I love Keith, and had purchased great seats for two of the shows, but I wonder if perhaps he was also suffering from a bit of Lackofticketsalesitis. As of the other day, there were still plenty of good seats available and these were not very big venues.
Get well soon, Keith. Or get more fans. Or both.
